*****DON’T MISS THIS*****
We are delighted to be collaborating with former Michelin star development chef, Luke Fearon. Since leaving the Treby Arms, Luke has set up the Devon Food Movement – a collaborative pop-up restaurant concept. The aim is to celebrate Devon’s unique and world class produce through a series of pop up dining experiences linking with talented local chefs, producers, farms and sourcing ingredients as locally as possible.
Our journey with Luke and the Devon Food Movement starts on Thursday 5th September and Friday 6th September and we are excited! The journey menu allows diners to explore a true taste of the location and season. The challenge is to find as many of the prime ingredients from their doorstep as possible. These locally sourced ingredients then feature alongside a host of other world-class and Devon ingredients to create a signature journey menu. Wherever possible, the Devon Food Movement is committed to working within ethical and sustainable practices because it isn’t all just about the end result – there is more to the journey! Where did it come from? How has it come to be? It is important to care about the Journey.
The Devon Food Movement in collaboration with The GInger Peanut invite you as a customer to journey with us through our landscape, our suppliers and our heritage. The produce is then treated with the respect and knowledge that it deserves whilst crafting a fuller dining experience. The idea is to keep it hyper-local, hyper-seasonal and untamed in the approach to, what we believe, fine Devon food is all about.
This is the start of the Journey and we invite you to join us on 5th and 6th September.
Bookings need to be made and paid for prior to the event through the Restaurant on
